I'm a National Certified Peer Support and Recovery Specialist (NCPS and NCPRSS). I have experience with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, long Covid, Misophonia, trauma, narcissistic/sociopathic/psychopathic abuse, cults/religious/spiritual leader abuse, setting boundaries, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anxiety, panic disorder, cPTSD, OCD, ADHD, Bi-Polar 1 disorder mixed episodes rapid cycling, anorexia, body dysmorphia, excoriation disorder, addictions to alcohol, drugs, love, sex, romance, gambling, food, sugar, hoarding/cluttering, debt, overspending, overwhelm, shame, and fear. If you experience any one of these things, you are not alone. My faith in Jesus Christ is an important part of who I am. God has taken the ugliest parts of my life and transformed them for the good. My testimony is being used to help others and spread hope to those around me. Never Give Up!
