I'm a National Certified Peer Support and Recovery Specialist (NCPS and NCPRSS). I have experience with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, long Covid, Misophonia, trauma, narcissistic/sociopathic/psychopathic abuse, cults/religious/spiritual leader abuse, setting boundaries, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anxiety, panic disorder, cPTSD, OCD, ADHD, Bi-Polar 1 disorder mixed episodes rapid cycling, anorexia, body dysmorphia, excoriation disorder, addictions to alcohol, drugs, love, sex, romance, gambling, food, sugar, hoarding/cluttering, debt, overspending, overwhelm, shame, and fear. If you experience any one of these things, you are not alone. My faith in Jesus Christ is an important part of who I am. God has taken the ugliest parts of my life and transformed them for the good.
