A place to be you. Come sit for a time of relaxation. Group usually last 3 hours along with small group attending. Listen to others in their journey. Share your journey with us. This is a place to just be you have conversation, laugh ,cry , understand and learn most of all Grow. As the Facilitator, Pamela, I will have a backdrop of different things, may even be in the kitchen doing some cooking, sitting on my front porch or even in the garden planting. Come, to experience a different kind of Group.

I believe in making a Choice to take a Chance on yourself for whatever Change you need, want in your journey around your life. My journey has been 20 plus years. I renew my NCCPSS every 2 years. I have a story to share but i want to listen to yours first.
