I've been using these Stress Less Cards for about a month. Each one gives an action practice. I use them when something is causing more than the usual amount of anxiety and stress and I can't stop thinking about it. Some card examples include: Meditate In The Loo Watch A Movie Breathe 10 times Massage Your Scalp I read whatever card is drawn and it's our takeaway for the day.
