About this meeting
Open to all persons living with, at-risk or caring/loving someone with HD. Group is intended for persons living in the Greater Sacramento, Northern California area and 18 years of age or older. If you have questions about the group please contact the local HD social worker at lkjer@hdsa.org.

About the host
I am a licensed social worker for the HDSA Center of Excellence at UC Davis as well as the Social Worker for Northern California HDSA Chapter and HDSA Bay Area Affiliate. I have been working with the HD community for going on 13 year and I LOVE it. I have been facilitating national VIDEO HD support groups for 7 years (I think) as well as local groups for the Northern California HD Community for 12 years.
