About the host
I’ve been a peer support specialist for 9 years. During those nine years, I’ve facilitated several support, processing, and educational groups. I love helping people develop the gifts inside themselves. I’m an avid hiker/backpacker. Backpacked the Appalachian Trail and several national parks. I love reading and enjoying my three cats.
Motivation for help
I have over 30 years of experience in recovery from bipolar disorder, PTSD and anxiety issues. I received excellent help and would like to make a difference in people's lives by sharing my recovery experience.
