About the host
I live in Seattle, where the mix of rain, sunshine, and green suits me. I am a mother to two children, 26 and 22. My older child was diagnosed with schizophrenia 8 years ago. I am not defined by my child's diagnosis, but have been shaped by it. I find comfort, meaning, and renewal in nature, my garden, meditation, writing, and creating community.
